Ozlem has been a driving force behind the organization's mission. With a deep passion for the power of music to bring people together, Ozlem works tirelessly to build bridges between cultures and communities through music. 

As a performer, Ozlem has a distinguished musical background with a strong foundation in classical voice and jazz training, along with extensive choral experience. Her deep understanding of Turkish, classical, and jazz music allows her to create a unique fusion in her performances, blending traditional styles with diverse influences.

Ozlem is committed to diversifying the organization's revenue streams through government and foundation grants, as well as innovative programming initiatives. Ozlem holds a Bachelor's degree from Istanbul University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from California State University.
