Passionate about music, Ozlem believes that music has the power to connect people, strengthen cross-cultural understanding and contribute to a more inclusive society. Her musical background includes formal vocal and instrument training and choral experience.
Dedicated to student success, Ozlem works in the Office of Institutional Advancement at Passaic County Community College. In her role, Ozlem leads the grant development process to support college priorities and initiatives. Previously, Ozlem served as the Program Officer for a U.S. Department of Labor grant, where she was responsible for the overall program management, the implementation of grant strategies and the overall data strategy efforts.
Tapping into her experience in grants, Ozlem seeks opportunities to diversify TIME’s revenue streams through government and foundation grants and innovative programming.
Ozlem received her B.A. degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University, and her M.B.A. from California State University.
