Turkish and International Music Ensemble (TIME) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and sharing Turkish, Anatolian, and other ethnic music with diverse audiences. Founded in 2013, TIME brings people together from around the world to experience traditional and contemporary Turkish and ethnic music, fostering cultural understanding and exchange.
Through a range of initiatives, including concerts, collaborations, community outreach, and educational programs, TIME enriches the cultural landscape of the United States by showcasing the diversity of Turkish and other ethnic music. The organization also supports talented vocalists and instrumentalists interested in Turkish music, providing opportunities for them to learn and engage with this rich cultural heritage.
TIME is proud to sponsor the New York Ataturk Chorus, widely regarded as the premier Turkish music chorus in the United States. As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in New York State, TIME is eligible for tax-exempt donations in the US. Additionally, TIME is an approved non-profit organization on Benevity, which offers gift matching for eligible corporations.
